HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Orders will be sent out within 3 days to 2 weeks from ordering, depending on the talisman(s)  chosen. Thorne Hill Talismans is made and ran only by me. AbbyRose, so shipping times are longer than a fast fashion site. From then, once orders are shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive.

If you are needing something quickly arrangements can often be made. Feel free to send me an email at thornehilltalismans@outlook.com with the piece in mind and when you are hoping to receive it.

I will not be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. I provide tracking for all orders and if the item states it was delivered, then it is out of my hands.  

I THINK MY ITEM(S) MAY BE LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?

If you believe your order may be lost or stolen:
1.) If you live in an apartment complex, ask neighbors and the office if they have seen your package.
2.) double check with your local post office and see if they have come across the package or if there was a sub in for deliveries.
3.) Wait 1-2 days after item has been marked as "delivered" as sometimes the system is just a bit ahead of itself, and your package is still safe and sound.
4.) As always, message me with any concerns and I am happy to help in any way I can! I strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
I will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise as all items are handmade/made to order and take lots of time. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns are not accepted at this time. Exchanges only if item is in original condition and it has been less than 7 days of receiving the package. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and new shipping costs.
